The Best Data Storytellers Aren’t Always the Numbers People

Content marketing has taken the main stage and it isn’t letting go any time soon. One of the interesting strategies that many startups are using now is a thing called “data storytelling” by using their metrics to tell a story about their company, their brand, and their product. What’s interesting is that these data stories aren’t necessarily coming from the numbers people. All stories are about finding some larger message and, as the Harvard Business Review shares, it takes a little bit more to find the bigger story hiding in all those numbers.
