Strategy Is Not A To Do List


When you’re trying to make a product work (and sell), it’s easy to get caught in the weeds. You focus on the task at hand and lose your sense of the greater picture because you know that if you can just get through all the steps, you can make it work. But strategy is more than a to-do list, and it can’t be something you lose track of if you want to make your product last.
